GREETINGS and Welcome to my Website, I am Isiaka Akinji (aka Easy Wonder). I'm one of the leading Fugi Musicians based in Lagos Nigeria. I was born in Abeokuja in the western part of Nigeria. I've been a musician for over fifteen years. In 1980 I formed the Easy Kabaka band and toured widely throughout Africa.

 

Fuji music is an indigenous music of the Yoruba tribe of Nigeria. This is dominated by talking drums and a percussion - based assembly. I am proud to be the first musician to bring the music to Cyberspace.

You are welcomed to listen to tracks from our new Compact Disc (Isiaka Akanji - BIAMILA 010) . We are pleased to be associated with the Biamila organisation which has provided us with this opportunity to tell you more about culture.
